I have had an exceptional experience with this practice. Every member of the team is honest, responsible, and highly professional in their work. From the reception staff to the dentists, the aesthetic practitioner, and the dental hygienists, everyone is incredibly kind, compassionate, and respectful. Their approach is warm and welcoming, and they genuinely care about providing the best possible treatment for their patients. It is clear that their priority is not simply financial gain, but ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care and leaves completely satisfied. I have rarely come across a business where so many genuinely good, ethical, and dedicated professionals work together. I have suffered with migraines for years, and they have left me bedbound for days at a time – they truly took over my life. I tried so many different medications, but they all left me with terrible side effects. Several people recommended Botox for migraines, but I was very worried about the lack of knowledge some practitioners seemed to have. Then my friend recommended Oakley Road Dentist, and I am so grateful they did! The lovely dentist, Mel, talked me through everything carefully and was so kind and reassuring. I’m absolutely delighted to say that after a few weeks of things settling, I haven’t had a single migraine since. After all these years, I could cry with happiness! Michelle is an absolutely amazing hygienist. From day one, she has been incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout my treatment, despite my overwhelming fear of dentists. I can't thank her enough for the care, compassion, and reassurance she has given me every step of the way. She has made what was once a very daunting experience feel manageable, and I genuinely wouldn't feel comfortable having my teeth cleaned by anyone else. I've been using this dentist for years and I've only had good experiences! Michelle is an amazing hygienist and Dimitrios is a brilliant dentist. They've been super helpful working with me in a way that makes me feel comfortable, supported and listened to, and the reception staff are always really bubbly and helpful. Oakley Road Dental Surgery The team at Oakley Road are lovely and they have treated me like part of a family. They are the best, and it’s an absolute joy being welcomed and chatting to the team. My Dentist is Dr Demitrios Koroneos and he also specialises in Dental Implant Treatment. I had to have a few extractions, so I didn’t hesitate to contact him regarding implants. A consultation was arranged and he explained absolutely everything very clearly. I was also provided with a pack which covered everything in the consultation and various stages of the implant treatment sequence. He went through all the pros and cons which could arise and also the costs. Demetrious is a brilliant Dentist and his dental nurses are excellent. I had quite a few visits involving surgery and I can honestly say that I was never in any pain. I was well looked after during the surgery and also afterwards.
