Denplan Care Fees
Denplan Care covers you for all necessary appointments/treatments within the practice. The category will be selected by the dentist once your New Patient Consultation is complete. The category is based on your current oral status and risk. Denplan Care excludes any cosmetic dentistry and lab fees.
Denplan Essential Fees
Denplan Essentials covers you for routine examinations and hygiene appointments only. Any additional appointments needed outside of your contract will occur a fee. You will receive a 10% discount on any additional necessary appointments/treatments within the practice. Denplan Essentials excludes any cosmetic dentistry and lab fees.
2 Exams, 2 Hygiene visits per year and 2 X-rays if needed

Denplan Children Fees
Denplan For Children covers you for all necessary appointments/treatments within the practice. The category will be selected by the dentist once your New Patient Consultation (under 18) is complete. The category is based on your current oral status and risk. Denplan For Children excludes any cosmetic dentistry and lab fees.
